Teaching Arabic to a child living amid another language is a real challenge, yet achievable with a gradual method and patience. The right beginning makes the difference.

Start with letters and sounds — pronunciation and writing — then familiar words from the child's life, before moving to sentences and grammar taught practically, not by rote.

Link the language to the Quran and to life: words from surahs they memorise, and phrases they use at home. This linkage gives the language meaning and makes it stick.

Conversation is essential. Live sessions where the child speaks Arabic build confidence faster than any written exercise.

Finally: consistency. A small, regular weekly dose with a teacher specialised in non-native curricula gradually brings the child to understanding the language of their Book.
