Delete your Rushd account
How to delete your account, what is deleted, and what is kept and why.

1Delete your account in the app or on the website
- ✓Sign in to your account in the Rushd app or at rushdhub.net.
- ✓Open “My account” from the menu under your name, then “Delete account”.
- ✓Choose a reason if you like, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm, then confirm the request.
- ✓We'll email you the date your account will be deleted.
2When is it deleted?
- ✓30 days after your request.
- ✓You can cancel before then by signing in and tapping “Cancel deletion request”.
3What is deleted
- ✓Your name, email address and password.
- ✓Phone numbers and the student's profile details (name, date of birth, city, notes) if the profile isn't linked to another account.
- ✓Notifications and registered notification devices.
- ✓Upcoming lessons and pending payment requests are cancelled.
4What is kept, and why
- ✓Payment, invoice, past-lesson and signed-contract records, with no name or contact details, because the law requires us to keep financial records.
- ✓These records are permanently deleted after 3 years.
- ✓Deleting your account doesn't cancel an amount due or refund payments automatically — see our refund policy for refunds.
5Teacher and team accounts
- ✓These are closed by the platform manager at the account holder's request — email info@rushdhub.net.
Can't sign in?
Enter the email registered on your account and we'll email you there to confirm you own it before deleting.
