1Who we are

Rushd Platform — «منصة رشد للتعليم عن بُعد» (rushdhub.net) — teaches the Quran, Tajweed, Arabic and Islamic studies online. It is operated by Go Knowledge LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA.

By using the website or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy, Refunds and Code of Conduct policies published on this site.

2Free trial session

• ✓The first trial session is free, lasts 30 minutes, and requires no bank card and no commitment.
• ✓We assess the student's level and goal, and you then choose a plan freely — or not at all.

3Subscription & payment

• ✓Subscriptions are monthly. Prices are in USD as shown on the pricing page and calculator at the time you subscribe.
• ✓Payment is made through an online payment link we send you, or by a manual method whose receipt we confirm. We do not store your card details.
• ✓10% off for the second sibling and beyond from the same family.
• ✓Subscriptions renew monthly. If a renewal payment is late, a 7-day grace period applies; after that, sessions are suspended until payment is completed.

4Sessions, cancellation & rescheduling

• ✓Cancelling 4 hours or more before a session: no charge, and the session is rescheduled within your plan's limit.
• ✓Cancelling less than 4 hours before: 50% of the session is charged.
• ✓No-show without notice: the full session (100%) is charged.
• ✓If the teacher is absent: full credit for the session, and we arrange a substitute teacher.
• ✓Any credit added to your account is valid for 30 days from the date it is added.
• ✓Session times are shown in your local time zone, and you receive a reminder with the join link before every session.

5Pausing

• ✓You may pause your subscription once a year for up to 30 days, with at least 48 hours' notice.

6Refunds

Our 7-day full refund guarantee on your first subscription and the rules for unused sessions are set out on the Refunds & Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

7Session recording

We do not currently record sessions. If this changes in the future, we will notify parents in advance and update these terms and our Privacy Policy.

8Conduct & safeguarding

Students, parents and teachers must follow the Code of Conduct & Child Protection policy published on this site. We may suspend or end any subscription for breaches that affect a student's safety or the respect of the lesson.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or policies change, and we show the last-updated date at the top of this page. We notify subscribers of material changes before they take effect.
