Frequently asked questions
Does the student get their own account?
Yes. The student has an account with their lessons, homework, reports and certificates, and the parent has an account to follow all their children, the plan and payments.
How does my child get to their homework?
It's in the lesson report and on the "My homework" page in their account. They submit it in writing or by recording their recitation, then receive the teacher's reply and grade.
How do I pay and see what's left in my plan?
From the "Plan & payments" page in the parent account: secure card payment, lessons left, and a full payment history.
How do I contact Rushd?
Through the direct chat with the Rushd Family team inside your account; the team replies and follows up with the teacher.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You join with one button from your account or the reminder message, in the browser or the Rushd app.
What if we need to reschedule a lesson?
Request it from your account; the team suggests a new time that the teacher confirms. Details are on the "Refund & cancellation" page.
