Start with a free trialBefore you decide
Is the trial session really free?+
Yes — the first trial session is completely free with no bank card required. You experience the teacher and platform, set your goals, then decide freely. If you need a little longer to decide, you can have a second free trial within 7 days of the first (once per family), with a different teacher if you prefer.
Are there female teachers for sisters and girls?+
Absolutely. We have expert, specialized female teachers rooted in the ijazah and sanad tradition, and we respect each family's comfort in choosing the right teacher.
How do sessions work across time zones?+
Our system detects your local time automatically (including daylight saving) and shows the session time in your zone. You pick the times that suit you from any country.
Do I need special software for a session?+
No. Each session has a direct link you join with one click from your browser or Zoom — no hassle, with a reminder before every session.
Can I follow up as a parent?+
Yes, every parent has a dedicated portal to follow their children's upcoming sessions, the report after every session and their monthly progress report, with a reminder before every session.
What if a teacher is absent or a session is missed?+
Our policy is clear and fair: if the teacher is absent, you get full credit for the session (valid for 30 days) and we arrange a substitute teacher. If you cancel 4 hours or more before a session, there is no charge and it is rescheduled — see our Refunds & Cancellation page.
