1Who is responsible for your data

Rushd Platform — «منصة رشد للتعليم عن بُعد» — is operated by Go Knowledge LLC (Wyoming, USA). For anything about your data: info@rushdhub.net

2Data we collect

• ✓Parent details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country and time zone.
• ✓Student details provided by the parent: name, age, level and learning goal.
• ✓Learning data: session times and attendance, the report after each session, homework, and hifz progress.
• ✓Payment records (amount, date and status). Card details are handled directly by the payment provider; we do not store them.
• ✓Browsing data on the public website through analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to measure site and campaign performance.

3How we use it

• ✓To schedule sessions and send reminders and join links in your local time.
• ✓To send a report after every session and let you follow progress in the parent portal.
• ✓To manage your subscription and payments and contact you about the service.
• ✓To improve teaching and service quality. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

4Session recording

We do not currently record sessions. If this changes, we will tell you in advance and update this policy.

5Service providers

We use providers to run the service (hosting, messaging and email, payment processing, video meeting tools and analytics). They process data only as needed to provide their service.

6Children's privacy

A minor student's data is provided by their parent and used only to teach and follow up with them. Official communication goes through the platform's channels and the parent; teachers do not exchange personal contact details with students (see our Code of Conduct & Child Protection).

7How long we keep data

We keep data for the duration of the subscription and for 12 months after it ends; it is then deleted on your request (or automatically at a later stage).

8Your rights

• ✓Request a copy of your data or correct it.
• ✓Request deletion of your data (subject to financial records we must retain).
• ✓Opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• ✓Send requests to info@rushdhub.net.

9Protecting your data

We take reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access for our team, and regular backups.

10Updates to this policy

We may update this policy; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page, and we notify subscribers of material changes.
