Rushd Ambassadors terms
The rules of the program, briefly and clearly.

1Relationship
- ✓An ambassador is an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Rushd Platform.
- ✓Every application is reviewed, and Rushd may accept or decline it.
2Rewards
- ✓A reward is earned for each student who subscribes through the ambassador's link, in two stages based on the student's plan: at the first payment and at the third payment.
- ✓Each stage is confirmed 30 days after the payment and is cancelled if that payment is refunded.
- ✓A trial lesson on its own does not earn a reward.
- ✓A family subscribed to Rushd chooses its reward type at approval: free study hours, or payment in cash to a mosque or center of its choice as the family's own charity. Hours are added to the family's account automatically: 1 then 1 hour for Flexible, 2 then 2 for Most Popular, and 3 then 3 for Intensive. One hour is a 60-minute lesson or two 30-minute lessons, depending on the family's plan.
- ✓Hours are valid for 12 months from when they're added and are used while the subscription is active. Gift lessons of all kinds used in a month may not exceed half the lessons in the plan; the rest carries over. If the subscription pauses, the balance is kept until it expires.
- ✓Hours have no cash value: they can't be exchanged for money or transferred outside the family, and any student in the family may use them. Unused hours from a referral whose payment is refunded are cancelled.
- ✓All other ambassadors are rewarded in cash. Confirmed rewards are paid on the 10th of each month for everything earned up to the end of the previous month, once the balance reaches $25; smaller amounts carry over. Before the first payout, the ambassador provides payout details and a short online declaration, and we may ask for more details where regulations require.
- ✓If a family chooses charity, it receives the same cash amounts, paid to the mosque or center's account under item 7, with the mosque providing the payout details and declaration. The charity is the family's own, not Rushd's. Other ambassadors can likewise direct their cash reward to a mosque or center of their choice as their own charity, and if the ambassador is a mosque or center, its reward is paid to its account directly.
3Attribution
- ✓A family is credited to the last ambassador link they opened within 30 days before signing up.
- ✓There is no reward for referring yourself or your own family.
4Honest sharing
- ✓Ambassadors make clear to the people they share with that it is a referral link.
- ✓Paid ads using the name “Rushd”, coupon sites and unsolicited mass messages are not allowed.
- ✓No untrue claims about prices or results, and no speaking on behalf of Rushd.
5Privacy and protecting children
- ✓Your dashboard lists the families who came through your link by number only — “Family 1, Family 2…” — with each one's status (free trial, joined, did not continue), plus aggregated figures for visits and rewards. We never show you any name, and we do not share families' or children's data, schedules or reports with you.
- ✓Do not collect families' data on our behalf; let the family sign up themselves on the site. Do not publish a child's photo or name in a way that identifies them without their parent's permission, and never publish any recording from Rushd lessons.
6Ending and changes
- ✓Either side may end the partnership at any time; confirmed rewards earned before then are paid.
- ✓If the account is closed permanently, unused hours are cancelled.
- ✓Breaking these terms ends the partnership and cancels any rewards that resulted from the breach.
- ✓Any change to these terms is announced to ambassadors 30 days before it takes effect.
